Tyler, The Creator was not on board to be a part of a TikTok creator's recent video.
In a TikTok video shared on Thursday, April 2 by @jackbanana, the rapper (whose real name is Tyler Gregory Okonma) and Travis “Taco” Bennett could be seen walking in the Beverly Hills area, where they were approached by the content creator, who appeared to be filming with smartglasses.
“Tyler, how you doing?” the person recording the video could be heard asking Tyler, to which he greeted him with, “What’s up, bro?”
The TikToker then introduces himself. “My name is Jack,” they said. “I’m from Tanzania, but I create content online. I wanted to ask you this: What’s the most expensive purchase you’ve ever made?"
The "Darling, I" musician then declined to answer the question before appearing to walk away.
“Oh, I don’t do none of that,” Tyler said, appearing to refer to being captured for TikTok content.
He added, “I don’t f--- with that, bro,” before telling the content creator to “take care.”

The clip then appears to pivot to an ad for online gambling, with Tyler becoming visibly frustrated by the interaction.
While the sound becomes jumbled, it appears that the "See You Again" artist is explaining he didn't give permission to be a part of the video.
“Nah, you didn’t ask that, bro,” said Tyler. “And I don’t like you with them [glasses]. Talk to me. Take them glasses off, bro. No, I don’t f--- with that. You don’t know me.”

Meanwhile in his 2024 song "Noid," Tyler raps about his lack of privacy: "Living between cameras and recorders / I want peace but can't afford ya, no."
