Tori Spelling and Four Kids Hospitalized After Car Crash in California

Actress Tori Spelling, 52, was reportedly involved in a two-car crash outside Los Angeles in Temecula, California, during the early evening on Thursday, April 2, 2026. The latest reports say Spelling was driving an SUV with seven kids—four of her own children and three of their friends—when a driver in another vehicle allegedly ran a red light while speeding and crashed into Spelling's car.

The spokesperson and manager for the Beverly Hills, 90210 actress have confirmed the story with multiple news outlets, including NBC News and CBS News. Spelling's manager reportedly told CBS News that she and four of her kids were transported to the hospital via three separate ambulances for various injuries from the crash.

TMZ released this video of Spelling speaking to law enforcement reportedly at the scene of the collision.

No specifics were included about the other three children involved. According to TMZ, at least some of the car's occupants were treated at the hospital for injuries that included cuts, bruises, contusions, and concussions.

The cause of the car crash incident remains under investigation, and no arrests have been made.

Spelling and ex-husband Dean McDermott share five children, who are 9 to 19 years old.
