"I'm going to be very ugly," Klum teased days before she unveiled her 2025 Halloween look. Her super-creepy, slithery Medusa costume more than delivered on that promise, leaving us truly paralyzed.

Klum tapped into nostalgia for her 2024 costume, dressing as E.T. from Steven Spielberg's 1982 movie *E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial* when he dressed up with a blonde wig, hat, and skirt. Note Klum's actual face creepily peeking out through E.T.'s neck. Husband Tom Kaulitz also donned an E.T. costume of his own.

This one required a bit of teamwork: Klum was a giant peacock for Halloween in 2023, with camouflaged acrobats creating the illusion of plumage behind her.

Arguably her most out-there costume to date, Klum showed up at her annual Halloween party as a giant worm. Her face blending in seamlessly with the rest of the costume gave us nightmares for weeks.
