Kim Kardashian shared a cute video showing her daughter Chicago West playing the piano in a chaotic household
The post comes one month after the mom of four shared a birthday tribute to her daughter on Instagram, writing, "Happy birthday to my sweet baby girl Chicago! 8 years old is just so big!"

On Monday, Feb. 9, Kim Kardashian shared a video on her Instagram Stories showing her 8-year-old daughter seemingly following in the footsteps of her father, Kanye West as she showed off her musical skills despite the chaos going on around her.
In the short clip Kardashian, 45, shared, Chicago could be seen in pink pajamas sitting on a piano bench — with her feet barely touching the ground — as she played a few notes over and over again.
At one point the proud mom zoomed out to show other kids in the home also playing, including what appeared to be her son Psalm, 6, wrestling another boy in the background and a third boy — who appeared to be Kourtney Kardashian Barker's 11-year-old son Reign — riding on an electric suitcase across the frame. Despite all the commotion, Chicago kept her focus and continued playing through it all.
The post comes nearly a month after the SKIMS founder celebrated Chicago's 8th birthday on Instagram with a sweet post dedicated to her youngest daughter. She shared several photos in the post including a snap of Chicago skiing, cuddling with her mom, spending time with her family and posing in a field of flowers.
"Happy birthday to my sweet baby girl Chicago! ♡ 8 years old is just so big! Where did the time go?! You bring so many laughs and cart wheels into our world. I love you soooo much my special Chi Chi !" Kardashian wrote in her caption.

Along with Psalm, Kardashian also shares daughter North, 12, and son Saint, 10, with her ex-husband West, 48.
Over the years, Kardashian has shared plenty of glimpses into her children’s lives on social media as they reached different milestones. In April 2025, the mom of four revealed on her Instagram Stories that Chicago finally lost two of her baby teeth.
In a post she shared a look at Chicago's baby teeth resting on a letter she'd written to the Tooth Fairy.
Although most of the letter was obscured, a few sentences could be read, including "Dear Tooth Fairy" and "I lost my tooth."
In another video posted to her Stories, Kardashian played Tooth Fairy as she left her daughter a handwritten note, signed by the Tooth Fairy. She also left $4 in two $2 bills and red fairy dust (glitter) over Chicago's bed.

The Kardashians star previously opened up about her mentality when it comes to motherhood on the Hulu show and how her kids help "ground" her.
"Obviously, everything I do is for my kids, and they always do ground me. Any time I need a reality check — any time I need to be so humbled — I just go home,” she joked.
