Kate Gosselin took part in TikTok's latest throwback trend while taking a walk down memory lane

Kate Gosselin is sharing a blast from the past.
The Jon & Kate Plus 8 alum, 50, participated in the internet's latest TikTok throwback trend, in which users share snapshots of themselves from the '90s, soundtracked by the Goo Goo Dolls hit "Iris."
For her turn, Gosselin posted a handful of high-school throwbacks, photos from her first pregnancy (dated 2000) and even a glimpse at her life back then with now-ex-husband Jon Gosselin, all following the message: "Mom, what were you like in the '90s."
"Really had to dig to find pics to fit this trend," Kate captioned the TikTok slideshow, which she uploaded alongside a laughing emoji.
Kate's post featured two images with her ex-husband, including one of them apparently celebrating at a New Year's Eve gathering.
The pair, who previously starred in the TLC reality show Jon & Kate Plus 8, married in 1999 and finalized their divorce in 2009.
One fan commented under Kate's post that they liked how she "posted pictures with Mr. Loud Breather," apparently nodding to the infamous clip of Kate asking Jon to "stop breathing so loud" in the series. "Haha," Kate responded. "It was part of my 90’s regardless 😜."

The former couple's 21-year-old daughter, Hannah Gosselin, also left a comment, writing that she "couldn’t have asked for a more gorgeous mom."

Jon, 48, married wife Stephanie Lebo in November 2025. Kate, meanwhile, went social-media official with former bodyguard Steve Neild last year. In October 2025, she teased they had been in a relationship for over a year.
The reality star first revealed in September that she was in a relationship, telling her TikTok followers that she was "super, super happy" and had been dating him for "a little over a year." She made things Instagram-official with Neild in November.
Jon and Kate have eight children together: Twins Mady and Cara, 25, and sextuplets Alexis, Hannah, Leah, Collin, Joel and Aaden, 21.
During Jon's November wedding, both Hannah and Collin were in attendance. Colin told Entertainment Tonight that "it feels good" to see his dad find happiness.
"It almost feels freeing. Even though it's not my wedding, I feel this sense of just happiness and freedom for him, on his behalf, because of the things he's gone through," Collin said. "I guess he really hasn't had it easy in the past, so it's good to see this."
