Jersey Shore: Family Vacation's Angelina Pivarnick has shared that she experienced a miscarriage

The 39-year-old shared her concerns about her pregnancy in the Thursday, May 28, episode of the show, and confirmed in a teaser for the following week's episode that she had miscarried

Angelina Pivarnick has shared that she experienced a miscarriage after announcing her pregnancy news earlier this month.

The Jersey Shore: Family Vacation star, who has shown viewers her fertility journey throughout the reality show's eighth and final season, discovered she was pregnant during the episode that aired on May 14.

In the episode that aired two weeks later, on Thursday, May 28, the 39-year-old said, "I'm just not feeling myself. Some stuff's happening with me and my pregnancy, and I don't know what's going on and I don't even know what to do,”

She then told her pregnant castmate Sammi 'Sweetheart' Giancola, who was then-pregnant with her 9-month-old son Vincent, that she saw spotting — light bleeding that can be a sign of pregnancy loss — and wasn't feeling good.

Giancola, 39, said that she was "spotting right away" when she had her own miscarriage in 2024, and urged Pivarnick to go to the ER.

The episode, which was filmed in 2025, finished with a teaser for the June 4 episode, in which Pivarnick confirmed, "I woke up in the middle of the night. I'm actively miscarrying."

Ahead of the May 28 episode airing, Pivarnick wrote on X that she was "ready to watch this sad episode," before sharing posts from viewers who shared their condolences and well-wishes.

She wrote on X later, "All I ever wanted was a family of my own."

In the season's premiere, on May 7, Pivarnick explained that she was hoping to get pregnant, and kept a vial of sperm in her refrigerator.

She took a pregnancy test during the episode a week later and was surprised to see it turn positive. "There's no way that it just happened naturally ... There's no sperm donor now,” she said at the time.

“This could be a great thing," she continued. "This could be my fairy tale, my path, my baby.”

After the episode aired, Pivarnick confirmed the news on X, writing, “I'm pregnant !!!! #jsfamilyvacation."

"Guys secrets out !!! I'm pregnant :)," she wrote in another X post. "Thankful for @SammiSweetheart for being by my side when I found out. #jsfamilyvacation."

The reality star told her castmates that she was sleeping with "multiple" men and joked that she had her "pickings," after she announced last year that her two-year engagement to bodybuilder Vinny Tortorella had ended.

She was previously married to sanitation worker Chris Larangeira, but the couple divorced in 2022.
