Live from Studio 8H — it's Jack Black!

The actor, 56, hosted the sixteenth episode of Saturday Night Live's season 51 on April 4, when he was joined by Jack White as the musical guest.

The episode marked Black's fifth time appearing as host, earning him access to SNL's elusive Five-Timers Club: a group of celebrities who have hosted the late-night comedy sketch series at least 5 times.

During Black's Opening Monologue, he marked the occasion with support from fellow Five-Timers Club members Melissa McCarthy, Jonah Hill, Tina Fey and Candice Bergen.

Musical guest White, 50, also appeared, joining Black to perform a parody of "Seven Nation Army" by the White Stripes, White’s rock group with Meg White.

The most recent addition to the Five-Timers Club before Black was Martin Short. During a December 2024 episode, the actor and comedian, 76, was celebrated by fellow five-timers club members.

At one point, Jimmy Fallon gave the Only Murders in the Building star a token to celebrate the achievement. "I'd like to present to you the official Five-Timers Club jacket in exactly your size, a women's small," the late-night host, 51, playfully said to Martin.

Saturday Night Live airs weekends on NBC.
