Gordon Ramsay is never one to mince words â especially when it comes to his restaurants.
During an interview with The Sunday Times published on Sunday, Nov. 9, the celebrity chef didnât hold back when asked if heâd ever tweak his restaurant menus to cater to diners using weight-loss drugs like Ozempic or Mounjaro.
The interviewer specifically referenced British chef Heston Blumenthal, who launched a âmindful experienceâ reduced portion menu at one of his Michelin-star restaurants in September.
âThat is absolute bullshit,â Ramsay replied. âThereâs no f---ing way weâre giving in to the Mounjaro jab⊠The problem is with them [the diners] for eating too much in the first f---ing place! Thereâs no way that weâre coming in with an Ozempic tasting menu to make you feel like less of a fat f--k by 10:30 in the evening.â

Ozempic and Mounjaro are both medications used to treat type 2 diabetes and for weight loss. Both treatments can cause a loss of appetite, which is the reason why some chefs are creating reduced portion menus for their restaurants.
Along with his passionate reaction to that concept, Ramsay gave another expletive-filled response when discussing cell phone use at his establishments, particularly among social media influencers.
âBonheur will not be flooded with TikTokers,â he said of his new restaurant owned by him and his former protĂ©gĂ© Matt AbĂ©. âF***ing ring lights and posting about how good the food is.â
"Theyâre constantly taking f---ing pictures with their flashlights on," he added.

Ramsay owns 25 restaurant chains around the world, including Gordon Ramsay Burger, Gordon Ramsay Fish & Chips, Gordon Ramsay Steak, Hell's Kitchen, and Ramsay's Kitchen.
His most recent venture is a new British-themed gastropub in the Downtown Disney District at Disneyland Resort in Anaheim, Calif. called The Carnaby.
According to the Disney Parks Blog, the restaurant "will bring the Brit pop energy of the swinging â60s London" featuring "a selection of Gordon Ramsayâs iconic and delicious British classic dishes."
