In this film, an aspiring writer living in the big city heads back to the, you guessed it, small town she spent time in with her grandmother to finally sell off her late grandmother's bookstore. Emily Tennant began acting at the age of 10 with her first professional role in Dark Angel. She would later have a recurring guest role on Hallmark Channel’s first original series, Cedar Cove. She has starred in or had a supporting role in several Hallmark films, including The Wish Swap, Holiday Hotline and All I Need for Christmas. Tennant does a lot of voice work, having voiced characters on Polly Pocket, Ninjago: Dragons Rising, and My Little Pony.
