Brooks Nader revealed which cosmetic procedures she’s had done to enhance her look

The Sports Illustrated model and reality star previously opened up on Love Thy Nader about her use of GLP-1 medication for weight loss

“You can’t just manifest. You need to get out there and f--king do the work,” she told Bustle

Brooks Nader is willing to do what it takes to maintain her look, even if that means doing promos in exchange for procedures.

In a new interview with Bustle, published Wednesday, Nov. 5, the Love thy Nader star, 28, casually shared how she’s enhanced her beauty to land magazine covers and billboards before ultimately landing her own family-oriented reality show on Freeform.

“People say I look like Michael Jackson,” the model said with a shrug as she discussed reactions to her nose job.

Nader also took her smile to the next level with veneers by Dr. Michael Apa. Though a set of pearly whites from the Beverly Hills-based cosmetic dentist can cost more than $50,000, the social media star didn’t pay a penny, thanks to an August 2023 collab post, Bustle reports.

The work didn’t stop there.

She also admitted to countless injectables, including the increasingly popular “Nefertiti” Botox neck lift — a non-surgical cosmetic procedure that uses Botox injections to improve the appearance of the neck and jawline. She also shared that she's tried salmon sperm facials to maintain her skin.

“Every Christmas, you can catch me looking like Freddy Krueger,” Nader told the outlet.

The Louisiana native, who is one of four children, said she has always shared her advice for success with her three siblings.

“I told my sisters, ‘You can’t just manifest. You need to get out there and f------ do the work,’ ” she added of Mary Holland, Grace Ann and Sarah Jane Nader.

Elsewhere in the interview, Nader continued to elaborate on how changing her look resulted in a major shift in her opportunities.

“If I didn’t get a job, I would say to [my old agency], ‘Can we get feedback from the client?’ The direct feedback was I needed to lose 30 pounds,” she told Bustle. “I didn’t shed one tear over it. I don’t feel bad for myself. I just say, ‘The facts are they want me to lose weight. How can I achieve that?’ ”

Nader turned to GLP-1s, medicine used to manage blood sugar (glucose) levels in people with Type 2 diabetes, according to the Cleveland Clinic. The medications have also been used for weight loss.

“The facts are that when I started GLP-1, my career took off. I’m not saying it’s okay. I’m not saying it’s right. I think everybody is different — but I lost 30 pounds, and I booked all the jobs,” she said.

Nader told Bustle that her previous modeling agency didn't think auditioning for Sports Illustrated's Swimsuit issue in 2019 was a great idea. She nabbed a spot in the issue and later moved up to cover model in 2023. After the issue was published, Nader said she sent her old agency a signed copy.

“When I got on the cover, I was like, ‘I can do anything. I just have to work at it,' " Nader said.
